Seizure, TIA, or Crazy?

Seizure, TIA, or Crazy?

I had a head injury about 8 years ago, and had an MRI that detected a cyst in my pineal glad. For the past 3-5 years I have had tonic/clonic seizures (they think) and two TIA's.

Last night I think I had a TIA not a seizure, however the paramedics came (and I could hear what was going on in the backround) which I didn't think was normal if I were having a seizure. I felt my muscels constricting and I couldn't talk.

Before the squad was called and I had had only one epesode, I needed help getting up because I was unable to stand, it was like I had to tell my legs to move, and they wouldn't (weird).

When I had my first TIA it was in 1996 and I saw everything, couldn't feel, move or talk. My husband at the time, was slapping my face and I saw him but couldn't feel his hand hitting me, thank goodness

I don't know what happened last night, my bf said I was acting weird talking jibberish, and then fell to the floow and tightening up my body, eyes flickering etc.. The doctor at the hospital said if I knew what was going on, it was not a real seizure. I don't know if there was a point when I didn't know what was goign on, they said I had several incidents and I am not sure when/what I really remembers.

Confused. Can I be just going crazy, LOL. Lord, I hope not.

Was put on topamax after having a seizure from a procedure RFA for cervical pain and they put me in the hospital to start me on seizure meds. I have been out of them for three months due to no health insurance.

I am thinking of seeing a nutritionist verse a neurologist when I am insured again.

Any adived, welcome.

Thank you for reading.
Good luck to you.
