Seizure after brain injury

Backgroud:  My husband had a bad bicycle accident several weeks ago.  He has no memory of it.  He repeatedly passed out.  He was completely unsteady and was barely coherent.  These symptoms and his amnesia continued for around 3-4 hours.

Once I was there, 45 minutes later, he suffered diarrhea, then violent vomiting.  He was oriented enough to know date & president, and to count how many fingers.  He was taken to the hospital by helicopter.

He had a brief tonic clonic seizure while we waited for 911, about 50 minutes after the accident.  His CT at the hospital was OK.  During the next 2 weeks he had MRIs with & without contrast and an EEG.  Both were OK.

His concussion symptoms, mostly lethargy & fatigue, gradually abated over 3 weeks.  He's back at work full-time.

Question:  How likely is he to have a subsequent seizure, and during what time frame would it most likely occur?

Thank you for this service.
