Seizures/Tremors/Numbness

I have had these symtoms for several years, and no-one has an answer. I feel there is something wrong in my spine, but, they say no.
Here goes: After sitting , when I stand up, my lower part of my body starts to go numb. I have severe pressure in my head and ears. The sounds in my ears, is like a whoosing sound.....sounds going in and out, is the only way I can describe it.
If I bend my body in half, and lower my head to my knees, the feelings sometimes stop.
If I try to walk, I start to have either a seizure/tremor. Sometimes, If I am on the way to the bathroom, my bladder releases.
I have had mri's, ct scans.
I have had problems with my prolactin levels. No tumor in the pituitary gland.
These symtoms are worse when I am hot!!!! My body feels like its on fire.
Please can anyone help?????? Thanks...... I am a 58 yr old female..... Bert
