Seizures/inner cranial pressure issues with orgasms for TBI patient?

Hi all,
My husband recently suffered a traumatic brain injury (10 months ago) and is still recuperating.  His mental state is still very cloudy and is often confused (he cannot take care of himself yet, however stable and otherwise healthy).  From my knowledge, he has only suffered one seizure recently but that was believed to be medicine related.  My question is, is it safe for him to have sex now?  I know that he wants to but I am not sure if an orgasm could cause seizures or other inner cranial pressures issues in his head?  He also has a ventricular peritoneal shunt to help drain his CSF.  Your advice is greatly appreciated.
