Seizures while sleeping or Sleep Paralysis

Hello,

Since I was a kid I had weird dreams about my jaw feeling dislocated, it hurt sometimes and I was afraid to move it. When this happened I will feel that my mouth was open, I was afraid to close it or move it. This dream will be accompanied by the paralysis of my body. Other times I will wake up and be able to move my eyes but my body will be paralised it was frightening, what I will do is try to move my neck and if it did not work my finger and toes first and when I gain the mobility I will try to move my neck and get up of the bed. I will still feel that sensation that some type of force is pulling me back to sleep and I could feel that I will get into a deep sleep. Therefore, even tough I was really sleepy I will not go back to sleep. It has happened before that if I do the same thing will happen and it feels like it is a long time. Other times I will know that is going to happen because I feel the same force that is pulling me down into deep sleep, I will get really tired and sleepy. This week I dreamed or had a nightmare about my mouth again. This time I dreamed that someone or a force was pushing my jaw inwards ( and mouth), so I was unable to talk. This will come and go, I dreamed I was going to my parents room trying to speak and even screaming but no words will come out because of the force I felt. Then when I was able to talk I scream that I was having seizures. I never thought of them as seizures until I told my parents in my dream. Perhaps, because I had a seizure when I was a kid that I could not talk very well because I was walking asking for help while I was having a seizure, the same thing I felt in my dream, I can't remember all the details. When I woke up, I could not move my whole body and I had to do the same thing again try to move my finger, head, and toes. I do not know why it is always about my mouth or jaw, I am sometimes concious other times in a dream. I see the things that triggers this is lack of sleep.

l cannot really remember what else happens. I do not think I have bit my tongue when this happens.
Please let me know your thoughts.

Thank you,

Diana
