Sensation in spine/neck with head tilting forward

A few times a day I get a rather weird sensation that seems to go up my spine from the middle of my back to my neck and out to my shoulders/upper arms. Sort of like a chill, but I get the intense urge to bend my neck forward all the way and feel light-headed. It happens at seemingly random times, I've been closely monitoring when its happened over the past week and have not been able to find any correlation with something outside my body/any specific activity or type of activity. It lasts for only a few seconds and there's no associated pain. Any clue what this could be, and is it something I need to have checked out? b
