What effect does very high serum copper have? I also have very low serum zinc levels. What could cause this?

I have numbers now.

My serum zinc is in the low range of normal (13 umol/L range = 10 – 18)
My serum copper is high. (23.2 umol/L range = 12.0-22.0)

Is there nothing that can cause this? Prolonged bad diet?
