Several symptoms have been bothering me for a while

I am a 56-year-old female with a BMI of 36. I've been in menopause almost 2 years. I had a large (15 cm) uterine fibroid embolized in 2006. The last several weeks, I have been waking up in the morning with a mild to moderate headache and stiff neck which gradually pass after I arise. However, I have increasingly poor memory and concentration as well as increasing irritability. Sometimes during the day I experience transient light-headedness - not really bad vertigo, just fleeting, infrequent episodes. And my typing is becoming very careless. I am taking Hyzaar (100/25) and Norvasc (5 mg) for hypertension. I have brought this up to my primary care physician on several visits, but she just shrugs and says "All you blood work is normal." My father passed away at age 61 from metastatic renal or adrenal carcinoma and my mother passed away at age 76 from a combination of uncontrolled diabetes, CAD and CHF. Any idea of what might be my problem, or am I just too aware of myself?
