Severe Ear Pain for 2 Months Now

I am a twenty year old female college student, I weigh 100 lb. and I'm 5'2.  For two months now I have had unexplained ear pain, I have ringing in my ears, almost complete hearing loss in my left ear, I have severe pressure right behind my left ear (the ear that all the pain is in), I get dizzy and unbalanced.  It feels like I have an ear infection, but I have been to three different doctors and all of them have said my ears look fine. The ringing noise comes and goes and also get louder and lower. The doctors all say that it is peculiar that I have been dealing with this for 2 months and there are no physical signs of anything going on. Sometimes the pain is so severe it feels like my ear drum is about to burst, It in-turn makes me very sensetive to noise.  The pain ranges from about a level 5 to a 10. I do not have any sinus problems, but my doctor insisted it was sinus pressure.. so I took pseudo-ephedrine which never helped.  All of the doctors I've been to have tried to play it off like it is nothing, but nothing doesn't consist of having two months going on three in a week of ear pain. There is a clicking sound when I open my mouth to talk, chew, or yawn. I have ringing in my left ear accompanied with fullness and pain.  I can hear my breathing in my left ear and it drives me insane, especially at night. I can't sleep at night because the pain is so excruciating.  

Does anyone have any idea what this may be?  

I honestly think it started with some kind of infection, because when it all started I had a fever and a cold.
