Severe Neck Pain
I am suffering from sever neck pain and the recent MRI shows as follows:
-- The most servere finding is central-left uncovertebral spurring at the C3-C4 level, causing severe compression of the left side of the thecal sac and severe compression of the left anterior recess and left foramen.
-- Disc herination at C6-C7, that goes downward anterior to the thecal sac to the mid C7 level causing central localized compression of the thecal sac to a moderate degree.

I have an appointment with a Neurosurgeon on July 23rd and can't wait that long to know what can be done to treat this.. Please advise.
