Severe Pains

Dear Doc,

             I am a 28yr old lad diagnosed with HIV 3yrs ago and on treatment which is going well as i have undetectable viral load and my immune system is 540. I started getting really bad pains in my lower legs about 3months ago and then started to travel to my upper legs so i went to my doctors and told him about the pains he did blood tests and 1 come back abnormal something about inflamation (inflammation), he told me to go to my HIV Specialist which i did. My specialist did a few tests my reflexes and when he slightly pushed me i couldnt get my balance back as my legs wouldnt support me. My specialist called the Neurologist department there and then to get me an appointment asap. He gave me a letter to give to the neurologist in which he wants a MRI scan Cat Scan and lumbar puncture done, He told me it was not HIV related nor anything to do with my medication im on, but put me on Gabapentin 300mg 3times a day increasing to 600mg, diclafenic and co-codamol for the pain. I went to the Neurologist which she did the same tests as my HIV specialist i told her that the pains started in my lower legs and gradually up to my lower back, like shootin stabbing pains and a constant burning dead like feeling,. she sent me to get nerve tests done on my legs in the special investigations unit which they have came fine. That test was done about 1month ago and i am waiting on my scans. In the past month the pains have gone further up my body to my stomack, chest, arms and now i get this bad deep pain on the left top side of my head which comes and goes. The legs are in constant pain, i get shooting pains in my buttocks and then it travels to some other part of my upper body. When i go to bed and lie on my right hand side the pain and numbness i get is unbearable and can nly sleep on my back, the pains i get wake me during the night so my doc has put me on Stilnoct sleeping tablets. I have been constantly tired for months now, no energy, when it gets to 4pm i am wrecked and need go to bed for a sleep and if i dont by 9pm i am fallin asleep. I am getting to the stage now that all i want is to get all the tests done and to find out what is wrong with me, its ruling my life, ive had to stop work, i dont have the energy to see friends and socialise or go see my family.

These are the medications i am on:-

Kivexa      1 a day
Ritonavir    2 a day
Saquinavir  4 a day
Cipralex 20mg  1 a day
Gabapentin 600mg 3times a day
Diclafenic      
Co-Codamol 10/500mg 8times a day

I would be so greatful if you could give me your view on this.
