Severe Weakness - Cant open stuff; loss of grip

Due to seemingly worsening neuro symptoms like numbness and tingling with a pins/needles sensation in my hands and feet and migraines, when I have these episodes, my entire body gets weak to the core, including my limbs. This many times puts me in a situation where I cant open things like caps on bottles, shampoo containers, etc. I have to leave stuff open in my house so that I can function if I find myself in this state. It feels like I have no grip whatsoever and can barely even hold anything in my hands. When I mentioned this to my neurologist, I didnt get a response. So I dont know what to think. I am trying to figure out what is going on with me - this has been going on for about 2 years. Prior to this i mostly just had the migraines and the numbness on a sporadic basis. Now it is more consistent. Any ideas? Anyone ever experience this?
