Hi there. The various causes of foot pain are bunions or protrusions at the base of the big toes which get inflamed, hammer toe or toes curled inwards, calluses and corns, plantar warts, fallen arches or flat foot, poorly fitted shoes causes many of these problems, morton’s neuroma, broken bones, stress  fracture, arthritis, gout, plantar fasciitis, bone spur, sprains and bursitis of the heel. Management would include over the counter wart removal preparation for warts, calluses can be soaked in warm water and scrubbed, rest for stress fractures and even crutches, shoe inserts and stretches for plantar fasciitis, etc. consult a podiatrist for more insight and treatment.
