Severe head pain

Hi,
Last week saturday i had a sever pain at back of my head. This pain starts from the connecting part of my neck and shoulder and shoots till my top of the head(back). This pain i felt when I am moving my hands fastly (very particularly when I mastrubate) and it keeps increasing and at one stage i cannot tolerate this pain. And this pain last for half an hour and finally it descend and reaches a minimal pain. This minimal pain i have for more than a day. After that if I am not moving my hand fastly I dont feel any pain but small pain when i claim up stairs and move hands while walking.

when I felt this pain:
One week back when i mastrubated (Previously i dont have this kind of problem).

How long does this pain:
This pains is intolerable when i move my hands fastly (while mastrubating) and it reduces if i stop and it raches a minimal pain after half an hour.

where do i feel pain:
- This pains starts from the place where the shoulder and neck connects and reaches top of my head (back side).
- This pain i am feeling when i am mastrubating that is when i move my hands fastly. On other times i dont feel much pain.
- I can bend my head down and up and can touch my chest. I can turn my head on left and right side. I dont have any pain while doing this.
- I dont feel any pain by touching or pressing my head, neck and shoulders. The pain is somewhere inside.
- No pain in arms.
-  I can bringout my semen by mastrubating slowly.

Others:.
I am a software engineer. I use to work for more than 12 hours a day in front of my computer. I didnt follow the sitting position properly.

What could be the reason for this pain?.
This pain is intolerable when mastrubating.

Thanks

Hi.

A blood pressure of 150/90 is already stage I hypertension based on the JNC 7 classification. You should definitely have your condition properly assessed by a physician to see any relation of hypertension to your symptoms as well as start management of this disease.

There is still a possibility of a cervical disorder especially with the neck pain although the hypertension would need priority over this.

Consult a doctor as soon as possible. In the meantime, try to avoid activities that could possibly raise your blood pressure, such as masturbation, at least until after you have been seen by a doctor.

Hope this helps.

That is high for someone of any age the normal my doctors are happy with is anything below 120/80 but they perfer 115/75 or less. You need to get into your doctor to get your blood pressure treated as soon as possible.

I mastubated yesterday night and today still i have a pain on my shoulders and pain in the joint connecting the head and neck (at the back of my head). I cannot feel that pain by touching or moving my neck or hands. Its internal pain.
I am just 25 years old and this hypertenstion is not good at this young age? or this is normal for the young age?

Is there any chance for cervical disorder?

Thanks

Hi.

There is a possibility that the symptoms you are experiencing may be related to abnormal blood pressure, particularly hypertension, which is causing the pain when you masturbate. The act of masturbation can trigger an increase in blood pressure.

It would be unlikely that the mere act of moving your hands fast is leading to the pain because there is no presence of pain in the neck that radiates to the arms.

Tension headache and an impinged nerve are also possibilities that need to be ruled out.

You should consult a physician to evaluate your symptoms.

Good luck.
