Severe neuro problems

Brain:
Burning sensations. Sometimes like fire.
Trickling sensations (seems like a nerve)
Intense squeezing pressure that gets so strong it really feels it's going to pop.
Brain keeps "shutting off". Every minute or less. Have no brain function. Lasts seconds. Very tiring this is my worst symtpom. It's very hard to describe. It feels like "lights out". It hurts when it does it. Because of this symtpom I can no longer enjoy a hobby because I'm getting the "shut off" sensation so much.
Throbbing over head. Worse throbbing with more painful area.
Last week had loud "crash" in my head once while falling asleep. Seemed like "exploding head syndrome" and fell asleep straight after just as that syndrome does.
The symtpoms are not going away.

Chest:
Pain shooting from brain to chest. This pain comes with internal chills.
Wake up every day with chest pain which is probably acid reflux but worth mentioning. Usually it  improves with omeprazole but chest pain has been ongoing for months. Including palpitations and new things I had never experienced. And severe chest pain.
Have bursts of my heart just going crazy. Which could be just anxiety.

Eyes: ache, side of them throbs. Had some vision problems where I lose my vision for less than a second. And getting up from lying down I get cross eyed. Have to readjust. Sense this is brain related.

Stomach:
Had increased gas over the past few months but not necessarily related. Have lots of "pops" and bubbles.
Get random bouts of intense stomach pain for no reason. (Haven't had a big meal, not my period etc)

Back: shooting pain from brain. Sometimes it "seizes up" and feels muscular and shoots upwards instead of from brain. It lasts briefly.

Neck: stiffness a lot. Pain usually extends to arms. Originates from brain.

Nose: been having persistent bouts of feeling like I want to sneeze. But rarely do. Been sneezing more though. The discomfort-y pain moves over the sides of my nose (under eyes).

Ears:
Very high pitched tinnitus. Mostly left ear but had other too. For two or so months it was constant 24/7 to a lower pitch. Which stopped recently. This tinnitus lasts usually less than a minute. I do use cotton buds in my ears every day. And do use earphones every single day (low volume these days)

Arms: often when reaching anything touching anything..my arms feel briefly paralysed. I lose brain function for a second and feel I could drop it. I feel it when not touching anything too. It can paralyse me from the chest up. Happens every few minutes.
Feel tingling or just a strange sensation going up and down them. Constant.

Balance: standing straight I am falling backwards on my feet. Walking I feel myself blacking out a little. Also sometimes sideways.

Memory: terrible. Worsened over months. Can't remember things done only seconds before.

Other: throbbing over body and my nerves feel like they are "dancing".

I've had no testing for this but in ED I had a brief neuro exam (normal wasn't many things they did though) and had blood pressure. Good. Temperature was good.
Had blood taken for infection which was clear. They said it can't be bleeding because neuro exam would show in some way and symtpoms would be worse. (I was concerned about an aneurysm)
Pain killers are no good. Water isn't helping. Doctor won't take it further than "anxiety"...what to do??
