just wondering if these are seizures?
I tighten/clinch up toes, wrist, hands, all cramp, my head hurts and I remember nothing that happens through these. my whole body hurts for days after and I am exhausted and want to sleep for ever. I got told it was all fake or that they are sudo seizures is this true? is there anything to stop them? Am I going crazy?

there are many types of  sezuires for example there are grandma seziures which i have that last 3-5 mins...you can have ones where you look like you day dreaming and wont be responsive and dont move....but there are different type and different ways your body reacts to them...i would advise the same thing that you see a doctor and tell him whats going on.

Hi,
I advice you to meet the psychatrist for a clarification on this.It couldbe due to some stress you are facing.If the psychiatrist is convinced that you are fine,then I would suggest you meet a neurosurgeon.
