Shaking while walking

I have experienced uncontrolled swaying while walking since last year.  My legs will buckle uncontrollably and it will lasts for seconds, often less than a minute. My coach describes those as seizures...Also, i have tingling feeling on my legs till the point i dont feel comfortable/confident of walking. My blood tests turned up normal and the neurologist said theres nothing to worry about.. Can anyone relate to these symptoms? Im so scared as im still young and healthy prior to these attacks.. Please help!! Thanks in advance
