Shaking with Migraines

I have had on going migraines since october 13th 2012. doctors here cant seem to find a reason why i am having them. Also about 3 weeks ago I started to have these shaking episodes. Now i am getting them about 8 times a day. Lasting from 3 mins to 30mins. My head shakes n my arms shakes I cant drive n my speach gets slurred.
I had a ct scan and it came back normal. All medication they have tried does not work. Doctors say the episodes
are not seizures just by what I have described to them. is there any help for me with this?

If there are chemicals, the chemicals could cause headaches.  Noise and perhaps pressure changes?  could be other sources of headache.
