Shaky arms, burning sensation, headaches

Hi,

For the past couple of weeks I have been having this weird feeling in my arms where if I hold a piece of paper it doesn't stay still. The happened to me before but I never really payed much attention to it. Now, it happens everyday randomly it goes away and it comes back...

Now, the reason I believe this is happening to me more often is because I was nervous about a situation that I was in a couple of weeks ago. I thought I may have been exposed to stds/hiv and this caused me to panic. I was really worried.  I did my research and looks like I was at no risk for the type of situation I was involved in.

However, I still think about "what if's and but's" now and then, and I try not to pay attention and stay calm. I don't know how to make my headaches go away when they randomly come and my arms feel "shaky" still here and there. Does this type of symptom; shaky arms, headaches relate to any std's? I hope not.

Everyone says that I am fine and I shouldn't worry, but why do I still have this problem?

What can this relate to? What I am feeling. It is taking up my life and I can't focus on other important things.

Should I see a doctor? Or can this be signs of Anxiety?

so. you DO need to see a doctor, not because these are sympoms of any STD/HIV- but because you will then know for sure if you have anything. then your mind will be at ease.
i suffer from anxiety, it does cause shaking, and headache. that being said, no one knows why this is happening to you. seeing a doctor will im sure reduce your stress level and then if the symptoms stop, well there ya go :)

go see an MD. it will help :)
