Shallow central, paracentral protrusion at L5-S1

Shallow central, paracentral protrusion at L5-S1

I recently fell and hurt my back. I am in pain all the time, but can't see the doctor for my MRI results for another week. My MRI says the following:
L2-3 disc space: Normal height with shallow disc bulge. Canal and foramina appear adequate.
L3-4disc space:  Normal height, desiccation, minor bulge. Canal and foramina adequate.
L4-5disc space:  Normal disc height, desiccation, shallow bulge. Canal and foramina appear adequate.
L5-S1disc space: Transitional sacralized appearance of L5. Shallow symmetric posterior central paracentral protrusion.  This borders both S1 roots. Foramina appear adequate.
Impression: Shallow central, paracentral protrusion at L5-S1.
Additional comments: The sacral canal shows a full and cyst-like appearance at S2 with cyst-like areas seen along the S2 roots not shown in detail. If further evaluation is desirable, sacral MR might be considered.
Any ideas what this all means?

Isn't there anyone out there that has any comments at all for me? I would really appreciate it.
