Sharp Head Pain

I have been experiencing dull to sharp headache type pain everyday for the past week. I though it was stress headaches at first but i'm not so sure now. It is not constant pain, It happens when I turn my head, especially when looking down. It happens with my eyes closed or opened. I havn't experienced any trauma or injury to my neck or head that I can remember.
