Sharp Pain In Both Feet

Im A 15 year old girl
  And recently every time i go to stand up i get this horiable felling in both my feet like theres nails going thourgh them...is this normal...and if it is how do u get the pain to stop...because im dreading having to get up and it hurts to walk........i dont know what to do. what do u think?

Crissy, If you've been walking and standing on cement floors a lot lately, that can cause your feet to hurt.  More supportive running shoes might help a little.  There are medical conditions that can cause your symptoms, too.  So, if it's not cement floors, you can ask a doctor what's going on.

You may have heel spurs - that is exactly how I describe the way they feel.  Check with your doctor if it persists.

I used to have that at the same age..
But it turned out that I was sitting wrong..
I guess I was sitting right where there are nerve endings, or something like that.
I used to fall a lot when I got up, too.
I'm not sure if this would help you, but have you tried sittingwith your thighs straight out in front of you, and both legs bent at an angle towards your hips?
Sort of like this:
