Sharp body pains, non stop head pressure, i doubt its anxiety!

Hi I'm new to these forums. I'm a 19 year old Hispanic male. Never had any health issues before. For the past month I've been having what at first seemed like flu like body aches. It all started with a non stop headache I got after drinking at s friends house. It stayed for about 1 week non stop before I decided to go to the e.r they did full blood work CT scan and lumbar puncture. Ever since that al these symptoms appeared. During the LP the Dr gave me anesthesia. As soon as he put the needle in I felt a small pain in my tail bone nothing too painful just a short poke. I'm worried that I have some nerve damage due the spinal tap or lp. At least all test were normal. I should've never done it I'm so stupid but they and I wanted to make sure I didn't have meningitis or anything. All the results were good. Long story short about 1 month after the e.r visit I had daily pains like something is stabbing me in my legs arms and sometimes face. Almost like a really Sharp pencil. I wake up with both arms very stiff. Pain in face and jaw while sleeping that wakes me up. Occasional pins and needles in arms. Tips of fingers are painful.A weird feeling on the back of my left leg that feels like warm or hot water coming down. I thought I urinated myself. I get the same one on my right foot on the bottom. Daily pressure inside head. Feeling in my forearms like I have just been burnt and I'm healing. This face pain and pressure ima unbearable. And non stop tinnitus. I sometimes feel like ending my life, but love ky girlfriend too much to leave her. I used to be a normal kid before this. Going out to eat, watching movies. I just want to feel normal. My doctor made me an appt with a neurologist but will take about 1 month to get it. All I've done is cried and prayed. My doctor prescribed vicodin for the headache that sort of helps body aches. I'm afraid of having MS or some nerve damage. My Dr said the spinal two looks like viral meningitis after a second opinion. Could viral meningitis cause nerve problem or neurologic issues like this. Please help. Thanks in advance.
