Sharp pain in the upper chest (right side)

I have a sharp pain in my upper chest, on right hand side, behind the nipple (but inside the rib cage). The pain comes and goes and could be very sharp (as sharp as 9 on a scale of 1 to 10).

After multiple CT scans, Echocardiogram, xrays, etc.. it was determine that all my organs are 100% (heart, lungs, stomach, esphagus, etc..).  So my doctor is at a loss on what is causing the pain.

some of my friends have suggested an inflamed nerver (or pinched).

Does anyone have and idea on what the real cause is, and how to remedy to this ? and how long this will last ?
