Shooting pains and cold feet!

Okay for several years now I have been experencing shooting pain in what I thought was my bones. Today it happened and I know it was my left ulnar nerve. So maybe my bone pain has been nerve pain all along? Anyway my left ulnar nerve is suppose to be pinched, as I have had no feeling in it for three or four years now and the nerve conduction test finally showed something is wrong with it! Anyway the other odd thing is my feet have been cold to the bone for a couple of years also now. If I run a hot bath i can get in the water and not feel the heat until I sit and burn my bottom.

Sorry my phone posted before I finished. The shooting pains are always in my arms, hands, legs, or feet. Its random, no ryhme or reason to it. Could this be related to the cold feet? And has anyone heard of anything like this? I have many other issues going on also, but not sure if they could be related. I have blood in stool, or just blood bm. I also have blood and protein in my urine. The blood in the urine is rbc's and stool samples always show occult blood. Thanks for any and all help!
