Should I see a neurologist

Should I see a neurologist

I have been suffering excercise intolerance and excessive fatigue and general ill feeling for over a year combined with mild dizziness, irritated eyes incl. sore rough skin on lower eyelids, headaches, increased constant tinitus and a bunch of other mild symptoms, e.g. loss of appetite, nauseous feeling, etc. For nearly 2 years I have had constant muscle fasciculations in my calf muscles. These have progressed into my thighs over the past year and are getting worse. The severity of them comes and goes but they never leave my calf muscles. Some evenings my legs are fairly rippling and it is quite annoying when trying to sleep. I have had sleep difficulties despite feeling physically exhausted, with hot flushes and a "hyper" feeling. After many blood tests etc I have been diagnosed with Hashimotos Thyroiditis due to presence of antibodies although my free T4 and TSH are within range. I have for the past 10 months under the guidance of an endocrinologist been trying to balance an appropriate level of thyroxine medication. It has not made any difference, apart from feeling more hyper, after which my intake has been reduced.  3 years ago I was running half marathons, now I cannot run 3km without feeling ill for the next 2 days or more. I have virtually had to stop all exercise where I used to be extremely active. I am constantly feeling like I have a hangover!! I am concerned by what seems to be a progressive nature to the problems and the lack of impact that taking thyroxine has had. I am also concerned by the autoimmune like symptoms I am reporting etc etc. Any advice willfully received.

I think I should add that I have no signs of weakness and atrophy. I have started to experience mild myotonia in my calves over the last 1-2 months.
