Should I see a neurologist?

Hello.
I have Uveitis (an eye condition) which can be correlated with MS.  I am 30 years old and on no medications.
Over the past year or so, I have noticed that my memory has gotten really bad.  For example, someone says something to me and just a few hours later I have trouble recalling what they said.  I' have always had a great memory until recently.  Sometimes I also feel like I have difficulty thinking of the right word to say.  The only other things I noticed is occasionally (maybe once every three months), I'll have a tingling sensation in a few of my fingers.
I had an MRI and a neurological exam about 2-3 years ago which were completely normal but this was also before I had any of the above symptoms.
I don't want to waste the time of a neurologist but this is something that really concerns me.  Do you think it is worth seeing a neurologist again?

A common cause of uveitis is lyme disease.  You may want to get tested for this.  It also causes memory problems, tingling, numbness and much more.  It can cause everything you listed above.

Hi.

The last neurologist's visit was 2-3 years ago. This is a long time, and is enough for new lesions to have developed. You do not have many symptoms, but since you have uveitis diagnosed, you could consult a Neurologist get this MS doubt cleared.

There is a chance that some lesions may have appeared by now in the brain. Get a fresh MRI done.
