Should i be worried??????

just got results for mri scan to investigate pain in lower right leg, had a lumber/sacral scan results are as follows; normal alignment of the vertebral bodies. normal signal of bone marrow, the conus ends at L1 . normal signal of the spinal cord.axial slices revealthat there is no relevant disk herniation or protrusion at the levels L3 to S1.no encroachment of the neuro foramina at these levels. at the level L1 there is an intraspinal  extradural soft tissue mass directly adjacent to the vertebral body elevating the posterior longitudinal ligament this measures30x4.7mm it does not compress the cauda equina what does this mean?
