Shoulder nerve pain

Hi,

8 months ago during train journey i put my right shoulder in awkwand position resulting in sudden jerk,after 2 months it starts bothering me,weakness & pain in shoulder blade
now having tingling in little finger & weakness of right arms,seems to be nerve pinching at right shoulder blade ,aggravated by heavy exercises.
went to neurologist he found no function deficiency of right arm

please help what treatment to follow:

Hi there. If the shoulder pathology has been investigated and ruled out, you need to be checked for any degenerative disc disease or spine disorders like cervical spondylosis, bony spurs etc. an MRI spine is needed to confirm the diagnosis and if so, you need to take pain killers, NSAIDs, epidural steroid injections, physical therapy, exercise and acupressure. The last resort is decompressive surgery, discectomy and lastly cervical fusion. Hope this helps. Take care
