Shoulder problems and grinding

I am 20 yrs old and have been having physio on my right shoulder for 6 weeks now and they cant find a problem but it grinds and its like it locks in a certain place it aches and becomes painful on times i cant sleep on it and it keeps me awake, i have had problems with my right wrist aswell and had been to the physio 3 different times for this it is slightly swollen and it aches, they cant seem to find a problem but when i was younger i dislocated my right shoulder, there is also arthritus right through the family and i am just woundering if this sounds like it or what it might be can anyone help me.

I have the exact same thing wrong with me... except ive never dislocated my shoulder. If you find out whats wrong w us let me know.
