Shoule I see an Endocrinologist

I had a kidney stone 2 yrs. ago.  They removed it with ESWL I suffered a terrible hemorrage.  Afterwards I began to have digestive problems they said I had IBS.  No treatment helped but I noticed that if I took an antibiotic I got better (any antibiotic).  I asked my family Dr. for these which he gave but didn't think I needed.  So I went to a gastroenterologist who did a colonoscopy and gastroscopy.  These showed a hiatel hernia and slight infection.  He started me on ERY tab which helped greatly.  Then I read about gastroparesis and vagus nerve damage on the rx information.  This sounds very much like me.  I have hypothyroidism so I asked the gastroenterologit if I should see a Endocrinologist he said no because if I had this they couldn't do anything about it.  He also said the ERY tab would eventually stop working for me which I think it already may be starting to I've been on it 4 mos..  I suffer with alot of pain in the back of my neck and dizziness they think may be vertigo but I don't think so I have no sinus trouble.  Your advice?
