Slight giddiness and aching of the head

Hello  doctor . I am a 26 year old guy suffering from Hypertension from the past 3 years and under medication. i have  been masturbating regularly from the age of 14 and  for the first 5 years  around 2 to 3 times a day. I  feel some times that the nerve that carries the EXCITEMENT factor from the brains to my  penis is damaged  and lately in the last 2 years this is aggravating . No a days after masturbating i feel a liltle dizzy some times   in some positions and  feel a shiver on the left part of my body which was  mild in the former years . I am very concerned and dont know what to do . Have done all my heart tests, bp profile tests and other  ones which says its normal . To add on to this  this problem is highest after MASTURBATION.  I feel that my eyes go dim and i  feel giddy  and sometimes accomapnied by mild headaches . I am very concerned . Please help me

Hello.

The various symptoms that you get after masturbation are due to momentary increase in blood pressure. Since you already have hypertension, slight increase in blood pressure may have manifestations.

While masturbation is normal, it should be done only when you are aroused. A forced masturbation leads to a more than usual pressure on the cardiovascular system and leads to a higher rise of BP.

You do run a risk of transient ischemic attacks or stroke later in life due to the hypertension.

Masturbation does not damage any nerves.
