Slight numbness and tingling in both lower arms all over my face and not so often in my lower legs, also right shoulder blade pains

Recently i have been suffering with slight numbness but more of a tingling , but not pins and needles, in my lower arms and all over my face . Sometimes it can just go all the way down my left side and other times its all over my face and both arms , i had one episode one night where i had severe lower leg pain and tingling! Sometimes the pains and tingling get so bad in my left arm it keeps me awake at night. I also have been experiecing on and off shouder pain since giving birth to my daughter 12 months ago , aggrivated by using the computer and leaning forward on my right side to dress or change the baby . I am 27 year old female with no other health problems , although have been experiencing bladder frequency for around 2 years and i have had mri scans because of this but no one has been able to find the cause! Can anyone help??

It is important to rule out peripheral neuropathy in your case. B12 deficiency, nerve damage, and diabetes can result in peripheral neuropathy which can cause tingling numbness in hands and feet.
It is also important to undergo a CT scan or MRI of spine to rule out herniated discs. MRI of brain will help rule out causes like stroke and MS.
Please get yourself evaluated as early as possible by a clinician. Take care!

I am not a doctor but saw your post.  My sister is having symtoms with numbness and tingling in her right arm, right leg and right side of her face.  Her doctor referred her to a neurologist for a full medical exam.  They did an MRI of her brain and spine and various blood tests.  

My understanding is that in cases like this you should consult a neurologist for a full neurological exam as soon as possible if you have not already done so.
