Slight swaying sensation/ feel a bit clumsy/ pain located to left side of head

Hi there,
Im a 25 year old male. As far as i know im fairly healthy , i eat well and  and im a regular exerciser.  So i guess about a year ago i started to notice a swaying sensation when i lay down in bed eg id turn to my side and id get the impression that the room had swayed somewhat. When walking around i didnt notice this as much , but there were times when id stand still andthis swaying  vertigo- like feeling would come upon me oncemore.

I went to the doctor and he diagnosed me as having a bit of low blood pressure.

However now ive started noticing headaches which seem localised to the left side of my head. My lefy eye seems to have a pulse in it? And i think im noticing a slight pain in my left ear. Over the last tow days the swaying feeling which might have gone away or else i just got used too seems to have worsened somewhat.

3 weeks ago i was driving my car and had a terrible feeling of  utter helplessness like i couldnt really cope and as if i was not able to drive my car..This may have been a panic attack i dont know.

Im very worried now..Is my panicy state driving my  pains and imblance or am i suffering from something much worse like a tumour of some sort.

I shall have to see a doctor again, an mri scan would put my mind at rest.

I also have a slight touch of Irritable Bowl Syndrome..this manifests in a slight lump in my stomach when i lie down..this only  shows itself now and then.

I suffer from lower and upper backpain  too..though this could be bacause i work over a computer..and posture may be bad

I am a worrier in general and tend to keep things under wraps...
