Small Fiber Neuropathy
I have been diagnosed with a "painful small fiber neuropathy"  via skin biopsy sweat gland small fiber density.  Also workup to rule out other causes.  No known family issues.

Questions about:
wet feet sensation,
dry eyes (or at least they feel dry),
burning in feet, ankles, shins, forearms, face
seems to be getting worse.

Meds include Nucynta, Lyrica, and Savella.

Short term relief from these meds.

Are the wet foot and dry eyes consistent with small fiber neuropathy?

Also have facet syndrome,
