Small nerve fiber neuropathy achy pain

Recently diagnosed with small nerve fiber neuropathy after 2 years of going to the Dr for pain in my legs. I have severe deep achiness pain in both my lower legs and one arm. Tried Gabapentin, Cymbalta but no relief. Currently on 300mg Lyrica daily, clonzepam, and Oxycontin. I've been having stomach problems for months-not sure if there's a relation as well as difficulty urinating (this comes and goes, urine tests normal). Ive noticed recently that the back of my knees are mottled. I'm wondering if anyone else can relate especially to the achiness? I do get numbness and the pins and needles but no burning sensation, just mostly affected by the severe achiness.
