Thanks for using the forum. I am happy to address your questions, and my answer will be based on the information you provided here. Please make sure you recognize that this forum is for educational purposes only, and it does not substitute for a formal office visit with a doctor.

Without the ability to examine and obtain a history, I can not tell you what the exact cause of the symptoms is. However I will try to provide you with some useful information.

You have a constellation of symptoms that are difficult to characterize into one condition. However, one condition that does come to mind is called fibromyalgia. It is a medical condition that leads to whole body pains. Its cause is unknown, but it is characterized by diffuse aches, sometimes GI symptoms similar to irritable bowel, sleep abnormalities, low pain threshold, and other features. It is usually accompanied by normal imaging studies. It is best treated with medications such as pregabalin or gabapentin, exercise, and physical therapy.  Fibromyalgia occurs frequently in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome

It is important to realize that chronic pain syndromes can cause you to be more sensitive to pain in the future. If you continue to have recurrent pain and no source, you may need to see a pain specialist, such as one with a psychiatry or neurology background.

Regarding the jaw clicking, you may have a condition called temporo-mandibular joint (TMJ) arthritis. This condition may be secondary to grinding teeth at night or stress to the joint. It is best diagnosed and managed by an ENT or dentist.

I recommend that you follow up with your primary care doctor to address your constellation of symptoms.

Thank you for this opportunity to answer your questions, I hope you find the information I have provided useful, good luck.
