Sore Muscles (stiffness)

Sore Muscles (stiffness)

I have been in Dr appointments for a year.
I have been formally diagnosed with ALS.
I had the longest spell of sore calf muscles, hard to stretch them etc.

This seems to have gone away.
What do the rest of you experience in this area?

Does the stiffness come and go?

it sounds like it may be fibromyalgia or myofacia pain syndrome.

I have calf pain.  But I found out a few years ago it was from Spinal Stenosis.  It's where some of the vertebre in your spine compress your nerves and it causes the calf pain.  I explained them like having a charley horse that was trying to start but wouldn't come all the way but it wouldn't leave either.  That's how it felt to me.

You might want to ask the doc about this if you haven't already.

Good Luck, God Bless.
