Speech and Writing

Hi, I am a 32 year old black female. Over the past three years I have noticed an increased difficulty in speaking. I have a hard time expressing what I want to say. I forget a lot of words like places and names. It is like the words come up at first and I know what I want to say, but then they get stuck somewhere and I cannot remember what the words are. It is hard for me to hold a conversation which in itself is hard because I like to talk. Another thing that is getting worse is my writing on paper. I tend to drop "e" off the ends of words. I also start writing my sentences midway only to have to go back and put words at the front of it. There is a slight pressure I always sense in a small area in my upper right brain. Do you have any thoughts on this?
