Spinal Electricity

by GabeP121, Jul 05, 2009 02:26AM
I've been searching for quite some time about what happens when you get the feeling of "electricity" moving along your spine but couldn't really find much until I came across this forum mentioning Lhermitte's sign but that's not what I'm going through.

Nothing is wrong but I'm extremely curious with what's going on. If I imagine a "flow" coming from my cerebellum area and tighten my perineum it feels as if an "energy" comes from both areas and meets towards the top of the thoracic area. When they meet it becomes a shock/electricity feeling that I can direct to whatever part of my body I focus it on. It doesn't hurt at all. It almost feels good.

I'm not trying to brag or anything like that, I'm just very curious about what's going on and would really like any help or information as to what is happening.
