Spinal Tap protein levels consistently elevated - 400-500

I have had lymes disease.  I tested negative on blood test, but positive on spinal fluid test.  Had 30 day antibiotic treatment, and repeat spinal 6 months later.  Lymes test showed increased antibodies, but also showed increase of spinal fluid protein levels from 440 to 507.

I am suffering from extreme fatigue, brain fog, constant headaches, jaw is so tight I clench my teeth non-stop, muscle tremors, panic attacks, confusion, etc.

Neurologist at major hospital has done all the normal blood work, CT scans with contrast, MRI of head and spine with contrast - all tests are negative, normal.  Neoro-pshyc exam showed manual dexterity deficiency, and possible problems with the frontal lobe area - processing, short term memory, etc.

Any ideas?  Has any one ever seen protein levels this high?
