Spinal myoclonus and other symptoms

Hi

I was diagnosed with spinal myoclonus and tremor in my right hand last year. We ran basically every test imaginable which included MRI of brain and spine (with contrast), EEG, EMG, lumbar puncture and lots of bloodwork and all of it came back normal.

Recently I started developing a few new symptoms which include memory loss, struggling to find words in a conversation, pins and needles in my hands, feet and head, twitches in my legs and sometimes in my mouth when I smile, trouble focussing my eyes and the tremor sometimes spreads to my shoulders and left hand.

I was wondering if these could be symptoms of anything specific. I have an appointment with my neuro but that’s only in 3 weeks time, so I’d just like to get some ideas in the meantime. Any ideas will be appreciated.

Thanks
