Spins

I've had these feelings on and off for a couple years ago.
It starts quickly, my vision blurs out, i hear a loud tone, and nearly faint.
Then just before I do, I come back to normal.
Any ideas of what this may be?

My little sister also has Epilepsy, which I've heard is genetic. Is there any chance this could be an expression of seizures?

Hi there. Yes, this looks like the manifestation of epilepsy in you. You have aura followed by a brief spacing out. Consult a neurologist to do a clinical assessment and an EEG and a brain MRI. You would need an anti epileptic drug to treat. Take care.
