Sporadic mild pains for a month

Sporadic mild pains for a month

Hi...

I'm 26, male.  Just under a month ago (5/17 to be exact) I had a slight tingly/weak sensation in my arm.  My arm wasn't actually demonstrably weak--I full control of my fingers, I could lift stuff, support my weight against a wall--but it just FELT tired and not all there.  That went away that night, but in the month since then I've had similar sensations in my other arm, and down my back.  Recently, the tingling has pretty much gone away, but it's been replaced by sporadic pains and aches in various places including my forearms near my wrists, a fingertip, where my thumb meets my hand, the inside of a heel, the outside of a foot, my lower back, my neck, jaw, and head.  These pains are usually mild, never more than moderate, and tend to subside after 10-20 seconds.  A bit more rarely I've had feelings that feel like pricks, pinches, or jolts (even once in my teeth!).  There are periods of normalcy amid all of these pains.  It doesn't seem to have anything to do with movement (I've taken some longish walks in the last few weeks with no consequences, only to have my heel hurt the next day when I'm lying in bed or sitting in a chair).  My joints don't seem to be affected; it's only happening in non-bendy parts.

I've got a physical coming up, and I plan on seeing a neurologist about this, but I'm wondering if anyone here has any ideas.  It's probably worth noting that on 5/16, just one day before any symptoms, I was using a decently-heavy hedge trimmer, at times taking some one-handed swings with it to get hard-to-reach places.  I feel like if there's anything I may have done to throw something out of whack in my body, it would've happened during that yard work, given the timing (I had absolutely none of these symptoms before then).  But could that really have caused sporadic pains in various places from head to toe that are still happening on and off a month later?
