Hi,
Can someone tell me if static encephalopathy is a
term used for Cerebral Palsy? What does it mean when its on a medical
report?

Static encepahlopathy is a general term used to describe a general dysfunction in the brain that is not getting worse over time.
If cerebral palsy is severe enough to lead to encephalopathy (i.e brain dysfunction) the term static encephalopathy may be used in this context.
But static encepahlopathy can exist withy other conditions that are not cerebral palsy, and cerebral palsy can occur without leading to encephalopathy.
