dysfunctionBasal ganglia dysfunction
Carpal tunnel syndrome
Causes of sexual dysfunction
Chronic fatigue syndrome

But static encepahlopathy can exist withy other conditions that are not cerebral palsy, and cerebral palsy can occur without leading to encephalopathy.
