Stenosis caused by Osteophytes - PLEASE HELP

I have left leg pain since last 6 weeks and am scheduled to meet a neurologist on Nov 1oth. Had and MRI which states
I am 30 years old

L4/5 diffuse disc bulge, end plate osteophytes present casusing moderate central and moderate LEft greater than right Neural foraminal stenosis. Ligament and facet hypertophy is also present
at this level. The osteophytes are impressing upon the thecal sac

1. What is ligament facet hypertophy is it normal with age or can cause more problmes for me in future how can they be treated.

2. osteophytes as i understand are bony spurs. Do they increase with time and how can I stop them from increasing and get rid of existing ones. I have heard of a laser surgery "Foramenoplasty" do u have any comments on this.

3. What is difuse disc bulge and how is it treated. does it go      away with time

4. What are my treatmnet options.

All of these things you are describing are considered degenerative changes of the spine that are part of the normal wear and tear that we get as we grow older. Unfortunately, we can't make them go away which is true for the entire aging process. Please see my replies from your past 2 questions for treatment options. Glad you're going to see a neurologist.
