Stinging Sensation

For about a week now I have been having a very strong stinging sensation in my right outside elbow.  It's really painful!!  I have an ache there also but the stinging is the one that really bothers me.  I'm hoping someone can give me some insight to what might be happening there.
Thank You

Hi, probably it is lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow). Try anti inflammatory drugs along with heat compression for a week or so, if no relief is seen do consult doctor.
