Strange facial and leg sensations

Strange facial and leg sensations

I have always had a "numbing" sensation in my cheeks when I eat cheese...recently, I have an area of skin on my shin that feels very similar...it's sometimes feels cool, then warm, always the same place.  Also having very odd sharp random pains in my hand (same side of body) and top of foot.  These aren't numb but sharp and last about 20 seconds.  I do have myasthenia gravis but had a  (malignant) thymoma removed 2 years ago. Should I consult a Dr or is it related to myasthenia?

Hello Dear,
You should consult a neurologist and get complete neurological examination done to evaluate the cause of pain and numbness.Do you take any medication? You should go in for  MRI to rule out any pathlogical case. These are usually not related to myasthenia.
