Strange symptoms purely neurological?

Hi all -

I'm a 26 year old male, moderately active. I have an essential tremor that ranges from mild to moderate on any given day. Over the past few years though I've noticed other symptoms pop up. I've had intense bouts of fatigue, which I thought might've been related to depression. I also have mild sensations in my legs, especially at night. Little tingles and crawling sensations. And some cognitive cloudiness that seems to have been resolved mostly by antidepressants. The most recent symptom, and one that particularly concerns me, is a peculiar, somewhat intense and jolting sensation that is best described as an earthquake feeling. It happens mostly at night as I'm sleeping, and makes my bed shake noticeably - just like a seismic episode. At first I didn't notice any real physical feelings outside of the bed shaking, but just had an episode as I was seated in a chair, an noticed that it feels like it may be related to my heart. I have noticeable heartbeats that sway my body back and forth very mildly - with occasional jolting, harsh earthquake-like beats that give me that same sort of earthquake sensation I sometimes feel at night. The episodes rarely last longer than fifteen seconds, and can be as brief as 2-3 seconds

I'll fully admit that much of this is maybe totally imagined, but it definitely feels real. I'm wondering if I should be a little more proactive in getting MS ruled out. Has anyone had any similar issues? With MS or otherwise? I look forward to your thoughts!

If it's at all helpful, I've also had fairly persistent twitches in my hands, legs and tongue. Thanks again for any input.
