Strange symptoms

Okay I have been trying for a year to find answers to my symptoms, but the only thing my Doctor says is anxiety. It started almost a year ago with my heart feeling like it was going to beat right out of my back, and yes I had anxiety because I thought it was my heart but I went to the hospital had stress test and echo but found no problem just high BP and now have that under control. I think maybe my symptoms are associated with my IBS (I have had a clean colonoscopy) because I get a tingling sensation in my right foot, shin, forearm and sometimes dizziness right before and after a BM or with heavy gas, this seems to come in waves lasting about 30 seconds per wave for about 5-10 minutes. I tell my doctor about it and she smiles and says they never heard of this and it must be anxiety  I still get the "thumping" every once in a while, and it usually seems to happen when I eat a heavier meal and feel full. I also get charlie horse cramps in my ribs, chest and back and just recently I have a vibration buzzing in my left foot that also seems to come in short waves that can last quite a while, it feels light and I really only notice it when I am still or trying to sleep.  I had a MRI of the brain and it was clear so now the doc just keeps saying anxiety. Now I am no doctor but I do know myself and I don't think that these are anxiety attacks I have had some and can tell the difference. Please help me find at least a direction to look for possible answers. Thanks so much

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there. You have a couple of symptoms which could be anxiety related but since you have irritable bowel syndrome, these symptoms could also be a part of a bigger problem, a spectrum of disorders or a syndrome called fibromyalgia. There is pain, exaggerated response to pressure on touch, tingling skin, prolonged muscle spasms, palpitations, functional bowel disturbances, anxiety and depression.  You need to get in touch with a neurologist for a detailed clinical evaluation keeping these possibilities in mind and treatment is symptomatic. Take care.

Could it be MS? Sometimes people with MS have clear MRI's.  I hope you find out what it is!
